The player must climb the stairs quickly, using the right button to move, the left button to turn, and the central button to jump and avoid randomly placed traps. Shields can be collected to protect against traps, but won't save against mistakes.
The game features two main modes: Climbing Action and Flying Action. In Climbing Action, the player must use just three controls: climb, turn, and jump.
