RadarScope

RadarScope is a utility for displaying NEXRAD Level 3 and Super-Resolution radar data, as well as severe weather warnings, storm tracks, and other weather products from the U.S. National Weather Service. It shows the latest reflectivity, velocity, and dual-polarization data from NEXRAD and TDWR radar sites in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, Korea, and Okinawa, as well as data from Environment Canada and Australian Bureau of Meteorology radars.

RadarScope displays tornado, severe thunderstorm, flash flood, and special marine warnings from the U.S. National Weather Service. Users can browse active warnings, view details, and zoom to warnings on the map.

The app allows users to zoom in and out, scroll the map, and switch radars. It also allows users to plot their current location, animate recent images, and display city and town names.

RadarScope retrieves and displays updated data automatically. Users can display data from NOAA's public access web site, the WDT feed, or an AllisonHouse subscriber account. Spotter Network members can report their location and view other spotters.

RadarScope offers two subscription tiers. RadarScope Pro Tier One is an annual subscription that provides real-time lightning data, up to 30 frames of radar data, and a data interrogation tool. Tier Two adds SPC outlooks, local storm reports, hail size and probability contours, and more.
