The power-hungry Marquise de Cat has conquered the woodland, aiming to exploit its wealth. In response, the forest's diverse inhabitants have united against her rule. The Alliance seeks to build its strength and undermine the Cats' authority, potentially recruiting the aid of Vagabonds who navigate the forest's perilous paths. Although some may empathize with the Alliance's aspirations, these wanderers recall the era of the mighty birds of prey who once ruled the woods.

On the outskirts, the ambitious, quarrelsome Eyrie have discovered a new leader who may guide their faction to reclaim their ancestral heritage.

The scene is set for a struggle that will determine the forest's future. Players must decide which faction will ultimately prevail.
